How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer.
Check the belt:
- Remove the rear panel and inspect the drive belt between motor and drum pulley.
- If broken or off the pulley, replace with the correct Brandt belt and ensure pulleys are aligned.
Inspect motor:
- If the belt is intact, remove the motor and check carbon brushes; replace if worn short.
- Check the motor connector for secure fit and no burn marks.
Reassemble and test. If the drum still does not turn, the motor or PCB may be faulty and require professional testing.
