How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Cleaning routine:

  • Run an empty maintenance cycle at 90°C with a washing machine cleaner or 1–2 cups of white vinegar (check Brandt manual for compatibility).
  • Clean the door gasket thoroughly with a cloth and mild detergent, paying attention to folds.
  • Remove and clean the detergent drawer and housing.
  • Clean the drain filter and pump cavity.

Prevention:

  • Leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open between washes to allow drying.
