Washer fills and drains repeatedly without progressing; E11 displayed

Safety: Unplug the washer and close water taps before hose work.

• Check drain hose height: Ensure the drain hose is installed at the correct height (usually 60–90 cm above floor). If too low or sealed airtight into a standpipe, water can siphon out.
• Secure hose: Use the supplied U-bracket to hook the hose over the standpipe or sink edge, preventing kinks and siphoning.
• Verify water pressure: Confirm adequate flow from the supply tap. Clean inlet filters and check hoses as in E02.
• Recheck pressure switch and hose: Make sure the level sensor is working and hose is clear.

Correcting hose installation resolves many E11 issues without parts replacement.
