Possible Causes
Leaking door seal, Split drain hose, Loose tub-to-pump hose clamp, Cracked detergent dispenser or inlet hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer and turn off water supply. Expect water in the base.
- Tip and inspect base: Carefully tilt the machine back and look for water in the base tray. Dry it with towels or a sponge.
- Locate leak source: Run a short fill cycle while observing (with panels removed) for drips from the door gasket, dispenser drawer, hoses, or pump area.
- Tighten or replace hoses: Secure any loose clamps on the tub-to-pump or pump-to-drain hoses. Replace cracked hoses.
- Check door seal: Inspect the bellows for tears or holes. Replace if damaged.
- Inspect dispenser: Look for cracks in the dispenser body or inlet hose; replace if leaking.
Once the leak is fixed and the base is dry, the anti-flood switch will reset and E13 should clear.
