Possible Causes
Faulty door closed sensor in interlock, Broken wiring in door harness, PCB input fault, Misaligned door catch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power.
- Check door alignment: Ensure the door closes squarely and the catch fully enters the lock.
- Inspect door lock connector: Remove the front gasket clamp and access the lock. Reseat the connector and check for broken wires.
- Test door closed contact: With a multimeter, verify that the door-closed microswitch inside the lock changes state when the door is latched. If not, replace the lock.
If the lock and wiring are good, the PCB may not be reading the signal correctly and could require replacement.
