Possible Causes
Excessive load on one side of drum, Worn suspension shock absorbers, Faulty unbalance detection via motor tach, Loose concrete counterweight
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before internal inspection.
- Redistribute load: Open the door and rearrange laundry evenly around the drum. Remove heavy single items and try again.
- Check machine level: Ensure the washer is level front-to-back and side-to-side using a spirit level. Adjust feet as needed.
- Inspect shocks: Remove rear panel and check suspension shock absorbers for oil leaks or excessive play. Replace in pairs if worn.
- Check counterweights: Verify that concrete weights on the tub are secure and bolts are tight.
Persistent E15 with normal loads may indicate a motor tach or PCB issue requiring professional diagnosis.
