Washer does not take detergent or softener from the dispenser drawer

Safety: Unplug the washer and close water taps.

• Clean drawer: Remove the detergent drawer completely. Wash all compartments and siphon caps under hot water to remove residue.
• Clean housing: Use a brush to clean the dispenser housing and water jets.
• Check water flow: With the drawer removed and machine briefly powered, start a cycle and observe water flow into the dispenser area (take care to avoid splashing). Weak or no flow on one side suggests a faulty valve.
• Replace valve if needed: Access the dispenser inlet valve assembly and replace the affected section.
