Washer vibrates excessively and walks across the floor during spin

Safety: Unplug the washer.

• Remove transit bolts: If newly installed, check the rear of the washer for shipping bolts securing the drum. Remove all as per the installation manual.
• Level the appliance: Adjust all feet so the washer is stable and does not rock. Lock the nuts.
• Load correctly: Avoid washing single heavy items; mix large and small garments to balance the drum.
• Check shocks and springs: Replace worn suspension components if vibration persists.
