Possible Causes
Blown mains fuse, Faulty power cord, Failed mains interference filter, Defective main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the outlet is safe; do not work on live circuits.
- Check outlet: Test with another appliance to confirm power is present.
- Inspect plug and cord: Look for damage or burns. Replace if faulty.
- Check mains filter: With power disconnected, access the EMI filter and test continuity through it. Replace if open or burnt.
- Inspect PCB fuse (if fitted): Some Fagor boards have an internal fuse; replace only with the same rating if blown and investigate cause.
If all external components are fine, the main PCB may have failed and require replacement.
