Safety first: Unplug the washer before tipping or moving it.

Level the washer: Use a level to check side-to-side and front-to-back. Adjust the leveling feet so the washer is stable and does not rock.
Check load balance: Avoid washing single heavy items. Redistribute clothes and run a spin-only cycle.
Inspect shocks: Remove the rear or front panel to access the tub shock absorbers. Look for oil leakage, broken mounts, or excessive play. Replace all shocks as a set if worn.
Inspect springs: Check the top suspension springs for stretching or breakage. Replace any damaged springs.
Verify shipping bolts removed: On newly installed units, ensure all shipping bolts and transit braces have been removed from the rear.
