Washer powers on but will not start a cycle; pressing Start does nothing or only beeps.

Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the control panel.

• Check lid/door: Ensure it is fully closed and the lock indicator (if present) illuminates when Start is pressed.
• Verify settings: Select a full cycle and options, then press Start firmly for 1–3 seconds.
