Detergent remains in the drawer after the wash, or water overflows from the dispenser.

Safety: Unplug the washer before removing the dispenser if accessing internal parts.

• Remove and clean drawer: Pull out the Gorenje detergent drawer, press the release tab, and wash thoroughly under hot water.
• Clean housing: Use a brush to clean the water jets and channels in the dispenser housing.
• Check water pressure: Ensure household water pressure is adequate and inlet filters are clean.
• Insert drawer correctly: Push the drawer fully in until it stops.
