Washer displays E2 and stops with water in the drum.

Safety: Unplug the washer and prepare for water spillage.

• Clean pump filter: Open the lower flap, remove and clean the filter thoroughly.
• Inspect pump cavity: Check for coins, buttons, or fabric obstructing the impeller.
• Check drain hose: Ensure it is not kinked and flush it with water.

If E2 remains and the pump does not run or only hums, replace the drain pump.
