Washer shows F15, may stop during spin or not reach full speed.

Safety: Do not open the door until the drum has fully stopped.

• Redistribute load: Open the Gorenje washer door when safe and redistribute heavy items (e.g., towels, blankets). Remove some items if the drum is overfilled.
• Run spin only: Select a spin-only program to see if the machine can reach spin speed with a smaller, balanced load.
• Check leveling: Ensure the washer is level on the floor. Adjust the feet so the cabinet does not rock.
• Inspect shocks (advanced): If the drum bounces excessively by hand, the shock absorbers may be worn and should be replaced.

If F15 appears even with small balanced loads, have the motor and control system checked by a technician.
