Washer has a strong musty or moldy smell inside the drum.

Safety: Use appropriate cleaning agents and ventilate the area.

• Run a hot maintenance wash: Run an empty 90°C cycle with a washing machine cleaner or 1–2 cups of white vinegar (check Gorenje manual for approved products).
• Clean gasket: Wipe the door seal folds with a cloth and mild detergent, removing black residue.
• Clean detergent drawer: Remove the drawer and wash it under hot water, scrubbing away mold.
• Leave door open: After each wash, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow drying.
