Washer makes loud banging or knocking noises during spin, machine moves across the floor.

Safety: Stop the cycle if the washer is moving excessively to prevent damage.

• Check transit bolts: For recently installed Gorenje washers, ensure all rear transport bolts and spacers have been removed as per installation instructions.
• Level the machine: Adjust the front and rear feet so the washer is stable and does not rock.
• Inspect shocks and springs: From the rear or bottom, check that shock absorbers are firmly attached and not leaking oil. Look for broken or detached springs at the top of the tub.
• Load correctly: Avoid single heavy items and overloading.
