Washer does not fill with water or fills very slowly; E02 displayed after a few minutes

Safety first: Unplug the washer and close the water taps before disconnecting hoses.

• Check water supply: Ensure both hot and cold taps (if fitted) are fully open. Verify water pressure at the tap by filling a bucket; weak flow indicates a plumbing issue, not the washer.
• Clean inlet filters: Turn off taps, unscrew the inlet hoses from the back of the Gram washer, and gently pull out the small mesh filters from the valve inlets. Rinse under running water and brush off limescale. Refit and reconnect hoses securely.
• Inspect hoses: Make sure hoses are not kinked, crushed, or frozen. Straighten or replace as needed.
• Test a quick program: Restore power and water, then run a quick wash. If E02 returns and water flow is still poor, the water inlet valve may be faulty.
• Advanced check (experienced users): With power disconnected, access the top or rear panel to reach the inlet valve. Check the wiring connector is secure. Measure coil resistance with a multimeter; an open circuit or very high resistance indicates a bad valve.
• Pressure switch & hose: If the tub is actually filling but the machine still shows E02, the pressure switch or its small air hose may be blocked or faulty. Inspect the hose for kinks, splits, or blockages at the tub connection.
