Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Basic reset: Turn the washer off with the power button, unplug it for 5–10 minutes, then reconnect and try again. This can clear temporary communication glitches.
- Check for moisture: Inspect the control panel area for signs of condensation or water ingress (from overfilling or leaks). Allow the area to dry completely before reuse.
- Inspect harness: With power disconnected, remove the top cover and gently access the control panel. Check that the ribbon cable or harness between the UI and main PCB is firmly seated at both ends.
- Look for damage: Burn marks, corrosion, or cracked boards indicate the need for replacement of the affected board.
Note: Board-level repairs involve mains voltage and delicate electronics. If reseating connectors does not resolve E14, have a qualified technician replace the faulty board.
