Washer shows E17 shortly after starting; no water enters the drum

User checks:

• Verify taps: Ensure the water tap(s) feeding the Gram washer are fully open.
• Inspect hoses: Check that inlet hoses are not kinked or crushed behind the machine. In cold climates, ensure hoses are not frozen.
• Clean filters: Turn off taps, remove hoses from the washer, and clean the small mesh filters in the valve inlets as described for E02.

If still no fill: The inlet valve coil may be open or stuck. Replacement of the water inlet valve assembly is usually required.
