Possible Causes
Partially blocked pump filter, Obstructed drain hose or standpipe, Weak drain pump motor, Foreign object lodged in pump impeller
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Follow the same cleaning procedure as for E03:
- Unplug the washer and open the pump filter cover.
- Drain residual water using the emergency hose if fitted.
- Remove and clean the filter thoroughly.
- Check the impeller for obstructions and ensure it spins freely.
- Inspect and flush the drain hose.
If E18 recurs despite a clean system, the pump may be weak and require replacement.
