Washer does not take fabric softener from the dispenser drawer

User maintenance:

• Clean drawer: Remove the detergent drawer and disassemble the softener insert. Clean all parts under warm water to remove residue.
• Clean housing jets: Use a small brush or toothpick to clear the water jets in the dispenser housing of your Gram washer.
• Check water pressure: Ensure adequate water flow into the machine; clean inlet filters if necessary.
• Refit drawer: Push the drawer fully in so it sits level; a misaligned drawer can prevent proper siphoning.
