Gram
Poor Wash Performance
Washer fills and drains but clothes come out dirty or with detergent residue
Advertisements
Possible Causes
Blocked detergent drawer or dispenser jets, Low water level due to pressure switch miscalibration, Clogged inlet filters reducing flow, Overloading the drum
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
User maintenance:
- Clean detergent drawer: Remove the drawer from your Gram washer and wash it under warm water. Clean the dispenser housing and water jets with a brush.
- Check load size: Do not exceed the rated capacity. Overloading prevents proper agitation and rinsing.
- Detergent type and dose: Use high-quality HE detergent and adjust the dose to water hardness and soil level. Avoid under-dosing.
- Inlet filters: Clean the inlet valve filters to ensure adequate water flow for rinsing.
If problems persist, the pressure switch or control may be limiting water level and should be checked by a technician.
