Possible Causes

Frequent low-temperature washes, Excess detergent use, Standing water in door seal folds, Clogged drain pump filter

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

User cleaning routine:

  • Drum clean cycle: Run a maintenance wash at 90–95°C with no laundry, using a washing machine cleaner or a cup of white vinegar (if permitted by Gram manual).
  • Clean door seal: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth and mild detergent. Remove any trapped lint or debris.
  • Clean pump filter: Remove and clean the drain pump filter to eliminate trapped organic matter.
  • Leave door ajar: After each wash, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow drying and prevent mould.
