Frequent low-temperature washes, Excess detergent use, Standing water in door seal folds, Clogged drain pump filter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
User cleaning routine:
- Drum clean cycle: Run a maintenance wash at 90–95°C with no laundry, using a washing machine cleaner or a cup of white vinegar (if permitted by Gram manual).
- Clean door seal: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth and mild detergent. Remove any trapped lint or debris.
- Clean pump filter: Remove and clean the drain pump filter to eliminate trapped organic matter.
- Leave door ajar: After each wash, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow drying and prevent mould.
