Washer takes much longer than the displayed time to complete a cycle

User checks:

• Observe heating: During a hot wash, carefully touch the glass (without forcing) to see if it warms up. If not, the heater or NTC may be faulty.
• Load and foam: Avoid overloading and reduce detergent dose to prevent excessive suds, which can cause the Gram washer to extend rinses.
• Level and balance: Ensure the machine is level and loads are balanced to avoid repeated spin balancing attempts.

If cycles remain excessively long, have the heating system and sensors checked.
