Washer vibrates excessively or walks across the floor during spin

User checks:

• Remove shipping bolts: If the washer is newly installed, ensure all rear shipping bolts and transit brackets have been removed according to the Gram installation manual.
• Level the machine: Adjust the front and rear feet so the washer is level side-to-side and front-to-back. Lock the feet with the locknuts.
• Load distribution: Avoid washing single heavy items. Mix large and small items to balance the load.

If vibration continues:

• Inspect shocks and springs: Replace worn shock absorbers and any damaged suspension springs.
• Floor reinforcement: Place the washer on a solid, level surface. Avoid flexible wooden floors or add a reinforcement panel.
