Possible Causes
Blown household fuse or tripped breaker, Faulty power cord, Defective mains interference filter, Failed main control PCB power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not open live electrical parts. Unplug before inspection.
- Check outlet and breaker: Test the wall socket with another appliance. Reset any tripped breakers or replace blown fuses with correct rating.
- Inspect power cord: Look for visible damage to the Gram washer's cord. If damaged, have it replaced by a qualified person.
- Internal checks: Remove the top cover and verify that the mains filter and control board connectors are firmly seated. Look for obvious burn damage.
If there is still no sign of life, the main control PCB or filter may be defective and should be replaced by a technician.
