Possible Causes
Door not fully closed, Faulty Start/Pause button, Control panel (UI) failure, Child lock function activated
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
User steps:
- Check door: Open and firmly close the door until you hear it latch.
- Child lock: Consult your Gram manual to see if a key or lock symbol is lit. If so, disable child lock by holding the specified button combination for several seconds.
- Try another program: Select a different cycle and press Start to rule out a program-specific issue.
If still no response:
- Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes, then reconnect.
- UI failure: If buttons or knob do not respond reliably, the user interface board or control panel may need replacement.
