Possible Causes

Closed or partially closed water tap, Blocked inlet hose filter, Faulty water inlet valve, Low mains water pressure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off the water supply and unplug the washer before disconnecting hoses.

H20 indicates the machine is not receiving enough water within the expected time.

  • Check water supply: Ensure the tap feeding the washer is fully open and that other taps in the house have normal pressure.
  • Clean inlet filters: Turn off the tap, unscrew the inlet hose from the back of the washer, and remove the small mesh filter from the valve. Rinse under running water to remove grit and limescale. Also check the filter at the tap end of the hose if fitted.
  • Inspect hose: Ensure the inlet hose is not kinked or crushed behind the machine.
  • Test inlet valve: If water supply and filters are fine but filling is still slow or absent, the inlet valve coil may be faulty. With power off, measure resistance across the valve coil(s). An open circuit indicates a failed valve that must be replaced.

If mains pressure is low or intermittent, consult a plumber. If the valve tests good but H20 persists, the PCB may not be energizing the valve correctly.
