How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer before testing heating components.
- Observe behavior: Note whether the drum is repeatedly tumbling before spin (balancing) or whether the water never seems to get hot.
- Check load: Avoid single heavy items and overloading, which cause repeated balancing attempts.
- Verify water pressure: Ensure good flow at the inlet and clean the inlet filters.
- Test heater and NTC: As described under F03/F07, check the heater and temperature sensor. A failed heater will cause the machine to wait for temperature that never arrives.
