Washer does not dispense detergent or softener properly

Safety first: Unplug the washer and close water valves before removing the dispenser assembly.

Steps to check and correct:

• Remove and clean drawer: Pull out the dispenser drawer and clean all compartments and siphon caps under warm water to remove detergent buildup.
• Clean housing: Use a brush to clean the dispenser housing inside the machine.
• Check dispenser valve: On IPSO models with dedicated dispenser valves, test the valve coils and ensure water flows into the correct compartments during the cycle.
• Verify water pressure: Ensure adequate water flow to the dispenser; clean inlet filters if needed.
• Reassemble and test: Run a cycle and observe water flow into the dispenser compartments.
