Possible Causes
Faulty analog pressure sensor, Electrical noise on sensor line, Loose sensor connector, Main PCB ADC fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the top cover or touching electronics.
- Reseat sensor connector: Locate the pressure sensor on the side or top frame. Disconnect and reconnect the plug several times to ensure good contact.
- Inspect sensor and hose: Confirm the pressure hose is properly attached and not leaking. Replace the hose if hardened or cracked.
- Run a test cycle: After reassembly, run a quick wash and observe fill level. If E31 reappears, replace the pressure sensor.
- PCB check: If a new sensor does not resolve the issue, the main PCB’s analog input circuit may be defective and require replacement.
