How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and ensure no water is present around electrical connections.
- Inspect heater wiring: Access the heater terminals at the bottom of the tub and check for loose or burnt connectors.
- Test heater and NTC: Measure resistance of the heater and NTC sensor. Replace any component out of specification.
- Check PCB heater relay: Listen for a click when the machine should start heating (requires powered testing by a professional). If the relay does not operate or is burnt, replace the PCB.
