Possible Causes
Torn or punctured door gasket, Gasket not seated correctly, Foreign object trapped between drum and gasket, Loose gasket clamp
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and turn off water supply before inspecting leaks.
- Inspect gasket visually: Open the door and carefully examine the entire circumference of the rubber bellows. Look for cuts, holes, or areas where the gasket has pulled away from the tub or front panel.
- Remove foreign objects: Check the gap between the inner drum and gasket for bra wires, coins, or other sharp items. Remove them carefully.
- Check clamps: Verify that the inner and outer retaining rings/clamps are in place and tight. Re-seat the gasket lip evenly around the tub and front panel before tightening clamps.
- Replace gasket if damaged: If tears or permanent deformation are found, replace the door gasket with a Little Swan-compatible part, following the correct orientation marks.
