Fabric softener remains in drawer after cycle

Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the drawer.

• Clean siphon: Remove the blue or coloured softener siphon insert from the drawer and rinse until all residue is gone.
• Clean jets: Use a small brush or toothpick to clear the water jets above the softener compartment.
• Reassemble correctly: Ensure the siphon insert is clipped back in the correct orientation.
• Test: Run a rinse cycle and check if the softener is drawn out.
