Washer is dead, no lights or display, will not power on

• Check outlet: Plug another appliance into the same socket to confirm power is present. Reset any tripped breakers or replace blown fuses in the home distribution board.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or crushed sections on the Miele power cord. Do not use the machine if the cord is damaged.
