Possible Causes

Loose tub-to-pump hose clamp, Split sump hose, Cracked tub, Leaking inlet valve or dispenser hose

Safety first: Unplug the washer and close the water tap.

Access interior: Remove rear and/or side panels to observe hoses and connections.
Run a short fill test: With panels safely in place and no exposed live parts, briefly run a fill to see where water emerges.
Tighten or replace hoses: Secure any loose clamps and replace hoses that show cracks or bulges.
If tub is cracked: The outer tub usually must be replaced, which is a major repair best left to professionals.
