Possible Causes

Excessively unbalanced load, Faulty motor tachometer feedback, Defective shock absorbers causing excessive vibration, Control PCB spin logic fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Ensure the washer is unplugged before moving or tilting it.

  • Redistribute load: Open the door (once unlocked), redistribute heavy items (e.g., towels, mats) evenly around the drum, or remove some items to reduce load size. Run a spin-only cycle.
  • Check leveling: Verify the Primus washer is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust the feet and lock the nuts to minimize vibration.
  • Inspect shock absorbers: Unplug the machine, remove the front lower panel or rear panel to view the tub shocks. If they are leaking oil, bent, or offer little resistance when moved by hand, replace them in pairs.
  • Check tachometer and wiring: Access the motor and inspect the tachometer sensor and harness. A poor tach signal can cause the control to abort spin.
  • Test spin: After corrections, run an empty spin cycle. If E07 still appears with an empty drum, further diagnosis of the control PCB and motor is recommended by a professional.
