Washer does not take fabric softener from the dispenser; softener remains in the compartment.

Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the dispenser drawer.

• Clean siphon cap: Remove the softener compartment insert and wash it thoroughly, clearing any dried softener.
• Clear jets: Inspect and clean the water jets above the dispenser with a small brush or toothpick.
• Correct dosing: Do not fill softener above the MAX line; overfilling prevents proper siphoning.
• Check water pressure: Ensure adequate water flow to the dispenser as described in E02.
