Washer door will not open at end of cycle, but no error code is displayed.

Safety first: Unplug the washer. Ensure water inside is not scalding hot before attempting manual release.

• Wait safety delay: Allow 2–5 minutes after cycle end for the lock to release automatically.
• Check for water in drum: If water remains, run a drain/spin cycle. A full drum will keep the door locked.
• Manual release: Use the emergency release cord near the pump filter (if fitted) to open the door.
• Inspect door lock and seal: Once open, check for deformation of the seal or latch. Replace the door lock if it jams mechanically.
