Washer drum does not turn during wash, but you can hear the motor humming or clicking.

Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the rear panel.

• Inspect belt: Remove the rear panel and check if the belt is still on the motor and drum pulleys. If missing or broken, retrieve any fragments.
• Check pulleys and drum: Ensure the drum turns freely by hand and the pulleys are secure.
• Fit new belt: Install a new Primus-specified drive belt, placing it around the motor pulley first and then rolling it onto the drum pulley while turning the drum.
• Test operation: Refit the rear panel, restore power, and run a wash cycle to confirm drum rotation.
