How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before cleaning internal parts.
- Clean door seal: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth and mild detergent. Remove visible mold and residue.
- Run hot maintenance wash: Run an empty 90°C cycle with a washing machine cleaner or white vinegar (check Primus guidelines) to kill bacteria and dissolve buildup.
- Clean dispenser drawer: Remove and scrub the detergent drawer and housing to remove slime and mold.
- Leave door open: After each wash, leave the door and dispenser slightly open to allow drying and prevent mold growth.
