Possible Causes
Insufficient water heating due to weak heater, Low water pressure causing slow fills, Excessive unbalanced load retries, Sensor calibration drift
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before accessing internal components.
- Check water pressure: Ensure taps are fully open and inlet filters are clean to allow fast filling.
- Verify heating: During a hot wash, feel the door glass after 15–20 minutes; it should be warm. If not, test the heater and NTC sensor as described in E05.
- Load size and type: Avoid overloading the drum and mixing very heavy with very light items, which can cause repeated spin balancing attempts.
- Run maintenance cycle: Perform an empty hot wash with a washing machine cleaner to remove scale and residue that may affect sensors.
