Washer vibrates excessively and walks across the floor during spin.

Safety first: Unplug the washer before adjusting feet or checking the rear panel.

• Remove shipping bolts: For newly installed Primus washers, ensure all transport bolts at the rear have been removed according to the installation manual.
• Level the washer: Adjust all feet so the machine is stable and does not rock. Use a spirit level for accuracy.
• Floor reinforcement: Place a vibration-absorbing mat under the washer if the floor is weak or wooden.
• Inspect shocks: If vibration persists, check and replace worn shock absorbers as needed.
