Washer displays F0E5 and may stop before or during spin, often accompanied by banging or thumping.

Safety First: Unplug the washer before tipping or moving it. Do not reach into a spinning basket.

• Step 1 – Pause and redistribute: Open the lid when safe, move heavy items so they are evenly spaced around the basket. Avoid washing a single heavy item alone.
• Step 2 – Verify leveling: Place a level on the top of the washer front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust the leveling feet until the washer is stable and does not rock. Tighten the lock nuts.
• Step 3 – Inspect suspension: With the washer unplugged, press down on the basket and release. Excessive bouncing or clunking indicates worn suspension rods or springs that should be replaced as a set.
• Step 4 – Check basket hub (impeller models): Remove the wash plate and inspect the basket hub for looseness or stripped splines. Replace if worn.
• Step 5 – Run a spin test: With a small, balanced load, run a Drain & Spin cycle to confirm the issue is resolved.
