Washer does not fill with water or fills very slowly; E02 appears after a few minutes from start.

• Verify water supply: Ensure the cold (and hot, if used) water taps feeding the Rosières washer are fully open. Check that other taps in the house have good pressure.
• Clean inlet filters: Turn off taps, unscrew the inlet hoses from the back of the washer. Inside the valve ports you will see small mesh filters. Gently pull them out with needle-nose pliers, rinse under running water, and remove any limescale or debris. Refit filters and hoses securely.
• Check inlet hoses: Inspect hoses for kinks, crushing, or internal blockage. Replace any damaged hoses.
• Test the inlet valve: With the machine unplugged, remove the top cover. Locate the water inlet valve assembly where the hoses connect. Check wiring connectors are firmly seated. If you have a multimeter, measure coil resistance; an open circuit coil indicates a faulty valve that must be replaced.
• Inspect pressure system: Locate the pressure switch (usually round plastic device with a small hose). Ensure the thin pressure hose is not kinked, split, or blocked with soap residue. Blow gently through the hose (disconnected from the switch) to clear any blockage, then reconnect.

Note: If water pressure is low in your home, the washer may time out. In that case, resolve plumbing issues first.
