Possible Causes
Loose or damaged pressure hose, Faulty water level sensor, Wiring issue between sensor and main PCB, Moisture or corrosion on sensor connector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer.
- Access sensor: Remove the top panel. Locate the round or rectangular water level sensor with a small hose attached.
- Check hose and connector: Ensure the hose is firmly attached and not split. Inspect the electrical connector for corrosion or loose pins; clean and reseat.
- Blow out hose: Detach the hose from the sensor and gently blow through it to clear any blockage. Reattach securely.
- Test cycle: Reassemble and run a short cycle. If 1E returns, the sensor or main PCB may be faulty.
- Replace sensor if needed: Swap in a new OEM water level sensor. If that does not resolve it, a technician should diagnose the control board.
