Washer displays E32; issues with load detection or imbalance

Safety first: Unplug the washer before adjusting feet or accessing internal components.

Steps to check and address E32:

• Level the machine: Use a spirit level on top of the washer. Adjust the front and rear feet until the machine is stable and does not rock.
• Check load size and distribution: Avoid very small or very large single-item loads. Redistribute laundry and try a spin-only cycle.
• Inspect suspension: Remove the top cover and gently push down on the drum. It should move smoothly and return without excessive bouncing. If it bounces or clunks, dampers may be worn and need replacement.

When to call a technician: If E32 persists and the machine is level with good dampers, a load sensor or control issue may be present and should be checked professionally.
