Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before internal component checks.
Steps to address long cycles:
- Check water heating: During a hot wash, feel the door glass after 20–30 minutes; it should be warm. If not, test the heater and NTC as in E05.
- Improve load balance: Avoid mixing very heavy and very light items. Use appropriate spin speeds for the fabric type.
- Verify water pressure: Ensure inlet filters are clean and taps fully open.
- Reduce detergent: Use the recommended amount of HE detergent to prevent oversudsing, which can cause the machine to add rinses and extend time.
When to call a technician: If heating and water supply are normal but cycles still never complete, control logic or sensor faults may be present.
