Washer has a strong musty or moldy odor inside the drum.

Safety: Use cleaning chemicals in a well-ventilated area and follow product instructions.

• 1. Run cleaning cycle: Use a washer cleaner tablet or a cup of white vinegar with a hot wash cycle (no clothes).
• 2. Clean door boot (front-load): Wipe the gasket folds with a mild bleach solution to remove mold.
• 3. Leave door/lid open: After each use, leave the door or lid ajar to allow drying.
• 4. Check drain and pump: Ensure the washer drains fully; standing water can contribute to odor. Clean pump filter if equipped.
