Possible Causes
Partially blocked inlet valve, Clogged detergent drawer or inlet channel, Faulty pressure switch, Restricted pressure chamber on tub
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power and close water taps before disassembly.
- Clean detergent drawer: Remove the drawer completely and wash out caked detergent and softener. Clean the water inlet channels above the drawer with a brush to ensure proper flow.
- Check inlet valve flow: With hoses removed, briefly open the taps into a bucket to confirm strong flow. If household flow is good but the machine fills slowly, the valve may be restricted internally and should be replaced.
- Inspect pressure system: Remove the top panel, locate the pressure switch and its hose. Detach the hose from the tub/air chamber and blow through it; it should be clear. If blocked with sludge, clean the hose and the air chamber connection on the tub.
- Test pressure switch: Using a multimeter, check continuity change on the switch terminals while gently blowing into the pressure port. If there is no change, replace the pressure switch.
If the machine still shows E11 after cleaning and part checks, the main PCB may not be reading the level correctly and should be evaluated by a service engineer.
